The most eagerly anticipated event on the MEDUSA social calendar, the Med Ball sees the School of Medicine and Greater Geelong Community come together in a night of fun and frivolity. Proceeds of the ball goes towards a local charity. This year’s theme will be “Casino Royale” and will feature entertainment, food and drink. The ball is an excellent sponsorship opportunity to access the entire Deakin medical school community at this joyous event. This year, the ball will have the decadent theme of "CASINO ROYALE- Formal, with a touch of Bond". How will YOU impress the masses?? GENTS, shall you be dressed as the ever so dapper and suave Sean Connery from yesteryear? Or perhaps an evil henchmen is more your style, be it the more statuesque Oddjob, with his hat throwing propensities, or the bone crushing, silvery-mouthed and acromegalic Jaws! FEMMES, is it an evening for elegant ball gowns and opulent jewellery? Or perhaps the darker "femme fatale", complete with pistolette, is more to your dangerous and ensnaring tastes. PRIZE FOR BEST BOND AND BOND-GIRL WILL BE AWARDED ON THE NIGHT!!!!
